Taste and Learn Japanese Sake Tasting and Pairing
In 2020, we opened “Medetashi”, a sake restaurant that also has a shop where we sell not only sake, but also special ingredients and also exclusive design items. Our space has easy access from Shibuya, Nakameguro or Ikejiri-Ohashi.
Now, in 2024, we are excited to introduce a new and unique experience where you can explore 10 types of sake and some unique perfect pairing experiences in a one hour course.
The experience includes:
- A short course to learn about Japanese sake
- A tasting with various types of sake
- Sake pairing with food
You will also:
- Experience the sake taste change by using different vessels (cups and glasses), as also variations in temperatures
- Receive Information on sake shops in Tokyo where you can taste and purchase sake
